SHAPING THE FUTURE & SHARPENING SKILLS
Facilitator Mike Kokinos returns to wrap up the year. The day is designed to bring the year's experience into focus, to sharpen each individual's confidence and leadership skills and to motivate class members to pursue continuing leadership opportunities within their chosen area of interest. Because leaders are constantly challenged with balancing both personal and professional obligations, Michael will lead a discussion on balancing these two important worlds. He will also facilitate class members' thoughts about the ending of the program and the future of the group as a team and as individuals. A graduation celebration ends the day and the Leadership year.
