Retreat

Professional facilitator Michael Kokinos leads a two-day retreat at Wonder Valley Ranch in the foothills of the Sierras. Class members survey characteristics of leadership and personal responsibility, explore group dynamics and experience what it takes to coalesce as a team. The class also establishes a foundation for the coming year in terms of personal goals and expectations.
